SHIPPING

We know you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of your Hook+Gaff watch or gear. We do our very best to process your order promptly. We offer expedited shipping options through UPS. Expedited orders placed after 1PM EST will ship the following business day. For standard shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 1-4 business days for the package to arrive, depending on your location.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Orders must be placed by December 20 at 11:59 EST to guarantee delivery by December 24, valid in the continental U.S. only. Please contact us for order-by dates and rates for HI, AK, and overseas deliveries. 

RETURNS

We want you to enjoy your Hook+Gaff watch or gear as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Products must be returned unused/unworn and in their original condition. Please use the original Hook+Gaff packaging and include your purchase receipt. You will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days on your credit card or via the original mode of payment. All shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
